Purchase Terms & Shipping
MAWKO Supply Co. offers individually sourced vintage and pre-owned pieces, each with its own history, condition and character.
We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please review all photographs, descriptions, condition notes, included items and provenance information, and ask us anything before purchasing.
FINAL SALES
All sales are final except for defective or non-conforming goods or where otherwise required by applicable law. We do not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations for changes of mind, personal preferences, fit, disclosed wear or characteristics inherent to vintage goods.
OUR COMMITMENT
We make every reasonable effort to photograph and describe each piece accurately and transparently, including its condition, provenance, repairs, restoration, replacement components and anything we cannot confirm.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are generally prepared for shipment within two to five business days after payment has cleared. High-value, fragile or unusually large pieces may require additional preparation or coordination.
If we cannot ship within the stated processing period, we will contact you with revised timing and the option to cancel for a full refund. If we cancel an entirely unshipped order, we will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping charges, to the original payment method. For a partial cancellation, we will refund the cancelled items and any applicable shipping charges.
UNITED STATES SHIPPING
We ship through UPS whenever possible. Watches are shipped via UPS priority and fully insured through a third-party insurer for the purchase price, with a signature required on delivery. High-value goods are generally shipped using UPS 2Day or UPS Priority Overnight. Some shipments may require an adult signature.
When shipping is included in the purchase price, it will be clearly stated in the individual product listing. When shipping is not included, the applicable cost will be calculated at checkout or quoted separately before purchase.
Large, fragile or unusually shaped pieces may require a separate shipping or freight quote.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Some UPS services require a physical street address and may not be available to a post office box.
Please contact us as soon as possible if an address correction is needed. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has shipped.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery dates and transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, island transportation and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery. Tracking information will be provided when available.
These estimates do not limit any rights or remedies provided by applicable law.
QUESTIONS ABOUT AN ORDER
If your purchase arrives damaged or materially different from its description, please contact hi@mawko.com promptly with your order number and clear photographs of the item, exterior and interior packaging, shipping label and any visible damage. Please retain the packaging while we review the matter.
If a shipment appears lost or is marked delivered but has not arrived, contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
We will review your concerns carefully and provide any remedy required by applicable law.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping is available only when specifically offered or arranged. Unless otherwise stated at purchase, the buyer is responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees and other destination charges.
Certain products and materials, including exotic leathers, may be subject to destination-specific shipping, import or export restrictions. If an item cannot lawfully or safely be shipped to its destination, we will contact the buyer and refund the affected order, including any associated shipping charges paid.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES
Purchases through third-party marketplaces are also subject to their applicable terms, shipping policies and buyer protections.
Nothing in these Purchase Terms & Shipping provisions limits any consumer rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
